Walk to Halda Ema

Come to join us on the small hiking trip to the hill in Ostrava.

Halda Ema is a human-made heap behind the river in the city centre. It offers the good view to the city.

Heap is still burning, the temperature below ground level is around 1000°C. Because of that, there is no snow in winter on the hill, and there is green grass on the top of the hill all year long.
