Lysá Hora Hike

Greetings, our next hike on Sunday 22.3. will have us visit the largest peak in the Beskydy mountain range, the Lysá hora. While it is probably the most difficult hike we will have this semester, it is a popular hiking place around Ostrava so if an average Czech grandpa can manage, so will you. There are 2 cottages on the top where you can get overpriced beer, hot soup or a whole meal. And when we get back to the train station, there is a local brewery producing very famous blueberry beer to try. Naturally you can also look for some outstanding views from the top.

❗️Please keep in mind the way on top could be both muddy and rocky so dress accordingly.

You will pay for your own tickets. We will help you at the train station if you have any trouble.
