Customer Service Representative - English & French

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Fluency in English language and French languages is a must (C1 level).
  • Experience in Customer Services area an andvantage.
  • Problem solving personality with excellent communications skills.
  • Resilience to stress and high level of flexibility.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Advanced PC skills.

Customer service representative with German and English

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Highschool education.
  • Eng and German language at B2 level at least.
  • Customer approach.
  • Communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Relybility and ability to work alone but also being comfotable in team.
  • MS Office skills (user) .

Customer Service Representative with English and Spanish/Portuguese

Key Requirements and Competencies:

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese language at B2 (and higher) level.
  • Ability to work on shifts (24/7).
  • Experience in Customer Services area an advantage.
  • Problem solving personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Resilience to stress and a high level of flexibility.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Advanced PC skills .
